Education Over Obstacles comes to Cleveland County jail

Under Sheriff Todd Gibson's leadership, the Cleveland County Detention Center, Norman, Oklahoma implemented EDOVO tablets in November 2018. Now, one year later, the positive results are clear. EDOVO boasts over 20,000 hours of substantive material, including a differentiated literacy platform, thousands of hours of books and videos, ESL programs for 27 languages, a personalized GED and HiSET prep program, and more. Tablets connect via a closed, firewalled, encrypted connection to a secure datacenter. Tablets cannot access other servers or networks, such as the open internet.
