Norman OK- The investigation of the death of Marconia Keesee has been completed. The investigation was conducted by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and then submitted to the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office for review. Based on the findings by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner and OSBO, the DA's office has determined that it will not be taking any further action in the matter. The Medical Examiner determined that the cause of death was accidental with no fatal trauma observed and the probable cuase of death was acute buprppion, methamphetamine, and atomoxetine toxicity.
"The findings clearly document the unfortunate circumstances resulting in the death of Mr. Keesee" said Sheriff Todd Gibson. "The Cleveland County Sheriff's Office is committed to transparency and is appreciative of the medical examiner, OSBI and the Cleveland County District Attorney's Office for their thorough review of this matter. Any loss of life is tragic and I offer my sincere condolences to Mr. Keesee's family" said Gibson.
