Service Fees / Charges

Changes
The following changes have been made by the Cleveland County Sheriff's Office on services that we provide:
  • You must show proper identification
  • The Sheriff's Office does not make change, you must have the exact amount due
  • No personal checks will be accepted
Payment
Any service must be paid for at the time of service. If you are requesting the service by mail, payment must be enclosed with the request. If you fax the request, it will not be sent back until the service fee is received.

Charges for public information and copies of specific individual reports will be waived for news media or for victims involved in the incident or accident. Fees may also be waived under other circumstances, including but not limited to those specified in Title 51, O.S., 24A.5.3b (PDF).

Requests for mailed, faxed, or emailed documents will ordinarily be processed within 72 hours of the receipt of the request and payment.
